Definition Modem 
A modem ( Modulator Demudulator ) is a device that modulates an analog carrier signal to encode digital information, and also demodulates such a carrier signal to decode the transmitted information.
modem is divided into several types :
1. Wired Modem 
This type of modem is little known as an ADSL modem or cable modem. Its regular use through the telephone network example SPEEDY or TELKOM to much in use.








 2. Wireless Modem
This type of modem to use the network without cables, commonly used for office network.
  







3. USB Modem
This type of modem is very easy to carry, simple and easy in operation. Regular use GSM or CDMA card
